In Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, buyers looking for this category are usually searching for condos, villas, or low-rise developments with direct beach access, ocean breezes, and the full vacation feel year-round. Beachfront inventory is especially valued in Banderas Bay, which spans Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Nayarit, Bucerías, Flamingos, and farther north along the coast.
You’ll commonly find beachfront properties in Nuevo Nayarit / Flamingos, where developments sit along one of the longest beaches in the bay, and in Puerto Vallarta’s South Side / Romantic Zone, where some condo buildings and a few homes are directly on or near the beach. Other strong beachfront areas include Marina Vallarta / Hotel Zone for condo towers with beach access and Bucerías and nearby North Shore communities for a mix of beachfront condos and homes.

- Left click tap once in the map to draw your starting point
- Move further on the map and tap again once, to plot your second point, that will draw your first POLYGON line
- Continue all around your area that you want to search
- Tap twice at the end to complete your POLYGON area
- You will find all the homes located inside your POLYGON perimeter on the right side.
