Alain is a Real Estate Consultant and Certified Independent Real Estate Agent from SEP-Conocer (certificates issued by the Ministry of Public Education (SEP), which gives legal and national recognition throughout Mexico). Ocean & Town Vallarta Realty™ is our commercial name reserved in Mexico (IMPI).

Alain brings experience in real estate, engineering, and business leadership. With a background as an Industrial Engineer and an MBA in Real Estate, Alain began his career in real estate development and condominium sales in Quebec before building a successful path in manufacturing, management, and business consulting.

Today, he returns to his true passion for real estate with a human-centered approach and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Alain is an active sports enthusiast who enjoys hiking, biking, sailing along the coastline, and walking the beautiful Malecon in Puerto Vallarta.

Pablo is a Certified Independent Real Estate Agent from SEP (certificates issued by the Ministry of Public Education, which gives legal and national recognition throughout Mexico), as well as from EDEFT (Instituto de Formacion para el Trabajo del Estado de Jalisco). Ocean & Town Vallarta Realty™ is our commercial name reserved in Mexico (IMPI). Pablo is known for his authenticity, empathy, and deep local knowledge of Puerto Vallarta and the Bahia de Banderas area. With decades of experience and a strong understanding of real estate development projects, Juan Pablo brings insight from land acquisition through the sale of condominiums and homes. He is admired for his positive attitude, attentive listening, and sincere dedication to the people he serves. Passionate about nature, animal protection, and the beauty of the region he has known for many years, Juan Pablo offers clients both expert guidance and a truly personal touch.
